We all have the same goal – to create an unforgettable experience for our clients, be it guests, members, attendees, or friends. And while we do everything we think is right, we often forget that the other people we’re working with are experts too.
Listen to the DJ, bartender, and entertainer. If they ask for something, there is a reason. If your talent or vendor wants to arrive early, there’s a reason. You may not understand why and you may not agree with it, but if someone with specific experience asks for something understand it comes from somewhere.
